Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a drug used for diabetes, can help people with moderate to severe cannabis use disorder cut back or stop using cannabis. One hundred adults aged 18 to 70 will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will track how many days per week they stay cannabis-free and how well they tolerate the medication. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for managing cannabis dependence.
