Summary

This study tests whether tirzepatide, a weight-loss medication, can reduce the burden of atrial fibrillation (an irregular heart rhythm) in 100 adults with obesity. Participants will receive either tirzepatide or a placebo for 12 months. The goal is to see if significant weight loss leads to better heart rhythm control and fewer symptoms.
