Summary
This study looks at the best time to start kidney dialysis in people with tumor lysis syndrome, a condition where cancer treatment causes kidney damage. Researchers will compare starting dialysis early versus waiting, to see which approach helps kidney function recover better after 30 days. The study involves 800 adults in intensive care who have this condition.
