Time-Restricted eating tested for memory decline
NCT ID NCT05997316
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 12-week time-restricted feeding plan (eating only during a set window each day) is practical and acceptable for older adults (ages 65-80) who have mild cognitive impairment and obesity. The goal was to see if people would stick with the diet and to measure any changes in memory and thinking. The study enrolled 33 participants and focused on feasibility, not on proving the diet works.
