Summary
This study looks at whether limiting when children and teens with obesity can eat (time-restricted feeding) helps them lose weight over two months and keep it off. Researchers will also explore how the gut microbiome and body clock might play a role. About 67 participants will be involved, and the main goal is to see changes in BMI.
