Can an eating window help kids lose weight?

NCT ID NCT05174871

Summary

This study is testing if a 2-month program where children and teens with obesity eat all their food within a set daily window (time-restricted feeding) helps them manage their weight. Researchers will check if any benefits last and explore how this eating pattern might work, including its effects on gut bacteria and the body's natural daily rhythms. The goal is to see if this approach can be a helpful tool for long-term weight control.
