Summary
This study looked at how limiting eating to certain hours of the day (time-restricted eating) affects energy use and daily body rhythms in overweight adults aged 65 and older. Fifteen participants wore activity and sleep trackers, had blood tests, and used continuous glucose monitors. The goal was to find simple ways to measure changes in metabolism and circadian health.
