Scientists test new tools to see how meal timing affects aging bodies
NCT ID NCT05482711
Summary
This study aimed to develop new, less invasive ways to measure how the body uses energy and how its daily rhythms change. Researchers tested these measurement tools on 15 overweight adults aged 65 and older who followed a time-restricted eating schedule. The goal was to create better methods for future research on aging and lifestyle interventions.
