Summary
This study is testing whether a short, online program focused on self-compassion and meditation can help children with epilepsy feel better mentally. It aims to help kids aged 12-17 who feel stressed, anxious, or ashamed because of their epilepsy. The program involves a few online teaching sessions and a month of guided meditation practice to see if it improves their mood and self-compassion.
