Summary

This study tested whether adding a combination of THC and CBD (cannabinoids from cannabis) to standard chemotherapy and radiation is safe for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. About 30 adults aged 18 to 70 took part. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and monitor side effects, with early signs of tumor response also tracked.
