Summary

This study tested whether adding a cannabis-based drug (THC+CBD) to standard chemotherapy and radiation is safe for people with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Thirty-three patients received increasing doses of the cannabis drug alongside their usual treatment. The goal was to find the highest safe dose and monitor side effects, while also tracking tumor response and survival.
