Summary
This study looks at whether a combination of THC and CBD (cannabis compounds) can help people who have both opioid use disorder and chronic pain. Participants are on methadone therapy and will take the study drug by mouth. Researchers will measure pain sensitivity and opioid cravings over 8 hours. The goal is to find a new way to manage these co-occurring conditions.
