First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested three different mobilization techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, and radial nerve mobilization) combined with eccentric exercises in 45 adults aged 18–45 with chronic tennis elbow lasting over six weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduces pain, improves hand grip strength, and eases daily function. Participants received treatment three times a week for four weeks, and results were measured before and after treatment.
