New study pits three therapies against stubborn tennis elbow pain

NCT ID NCT06812377

Summary

This study compared three different hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works best for chronic tennis elbow. Forty-five adults with elbow pain for over six weeks received either Maitland joint mobilization, Mulligan mobilization, or radial nerve mobilization, along with strengthening exercises. Researchers measured changes in pain, grip strength, and daily function after four weeks of treatment.
