Summary
This study tested whether combining two physical therapy techniques—muscle energy technique and Mulligan mobilization—works better than standard therapy alone for tennis elbow. Forty adults with elbow pain for at least 6 weeks took part. The goal was to reduce pain and improve daily function over four weeks.
