Summary

This study tested three different mobilization techniques (Maitland, Mulligan, and radial nerve mobilization) combined with eccentric exercises in 45 adults aged 18–45 with chronic tennis elbow lasting over six weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduces pain, improves hand grip strength, and eases daily function. Results were measured after four weeks of treatment.
