Summary
This study looked at three different types of arm movement therapy (Maitland, Mulligan, and nerve mobilization) combined with wrist exercises to treat chronic tennis elbow in 45 adults aged 18 to 45. The goal was to see which approach best reduces pain, improves hand grip strength, and helps daily function. Results were measured after 4 weeks of treatment.
