Summary
This study compares two treatments for tennis elbow: shockwave therapy and eccentric exercises. Fifty adults aged 20-50 with tennis elbow will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. Both treatments last 5 weeks, with 3 sessions per week. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves grip strength, movement, and quality of life.
