Summary

This study tests whether a telemedicine program that combines brief counseling with cognitive-behavioral therapy can help people living with HIV reduce unhealthy alcohol use. About 308 participants in Alabama will receive either the combined program or brief counseling alone. The goal is to improve HIV outcomes by addressing drinking and related mental health symptoms.
