Summary

This study looks at how a protein called tau builds up in the brain and how it relates to memory loss in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will use special PET scans and high-resolution MRI to measure tau buildup and brain thickness. The goal is to better understand the early signs of Alzheimer's disease.
