Summary

This trial tests a two-step treatment for people with advanced breast cancer that cannot be cured by surgery or radiation. First, patients receive a drug called talazoparib alone, then they get talazoparib combined with avelumab. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also exploring how the drugs affect the immune system. About 24 adults with measurable tumors are participating.
