Summary

This study tests whether a remotely delivered Tai Ji Quan (a type of Tai Chi) program can reduce falls in older adults at high risk. Researchers will enroll 620 people aged 65 to 90 who have fallen before or have trouble with balance. Participants will be assigned to one of two exercise programs and will track any falls over time.
