Summary

This study tests whether a Tai Ji Quan (a type of Tai Chi) program done remotely can help prevent falls in older adults at high risk. Researchers will compare two exercise programs in 620 people aged 65 to 90 who have fallen before or have trouble with balance. Participants will record any falls and complete physical tests to see how well the programs work.
