Summary
This study tested whether remote tai chi and wellness programs are practical for veterans with PTSD and chronic pain. 42 veterans participated in a 12-week program delivered via video. The goal was to see if veterans were satisfied and would stick with the program, to inform a future larger study on effectiveness.
