Summary
This study tests two once-daily pills—tadalafil and solifenacin—in 480 women with overactive bladder (OAB) to see which one better reduces sudden urges and frequent bathroom trips. Participants will take the medicine for 12 weeks and track their symptoms in a bladder diary. The goal is to find a more effective treatment option for OAB symptoms.
