Summary
This study reviewed 37 patients who had surgery for webbed fingers (congenital syndactyly) using a specific technique called the Gilbert dorsal commissural flap. Researchers checked how well the web space held up over time and how the scars looked. The goal was to see if this newer surgical method improves hand function and appearance.
