New look at old surgery: how well does the gilbert flap work for webbed fingers?

This study looked back at 37 patients who had surgery for webbed fingers (congenital syndactyly) between 2005 and 2019. The goal was to see how well the Gilbert dorsal commissural flap worked, focusing on whether the web space tightened up again and how the scars healed. Doctors also asked patients and their parents how satisfied they were with the results.
