Summary
This study is testing if a microsurgery called lymphovenous bypass can help people with diabetic nerve damage. The surgery, which connects tiny lymphatic vessels to veins, aims to reduce pain, slow nerve damage, and help foot ulcers heal. Researchers will enroll 60 adults with diabetic neuropathy to see if this procedure improves their symptoms and quality of life.
