Summary
This study tests whether sulfasalazine, a drug used for arthritis, can prevent preterm birth in women who have had one before. About 50 pregnant women will take the drug or be in a control group, and researchers will measure a stress hormone called CRH. The goal is to see if the drug lowers CRH levels and reduces the chance of early delivery.
