Summary
This study looks at whether certain gene mutations (ARID1A and KDM6A) and a protein called CXCL13 in tumors can help predict if the immunotherapy drug nivolumab will work for people with advanced bladder cancer that has spread. Only 6 participants with these specific gene changes were enrolled. The goal is to improve how doctors choose which patients are most likely to benefit from this treatment.
