First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at how tightness in the ankle muscles (plantar flexor spasticity) affects balance, the risk of falling, and daily activities in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will measure muscle stiffness, balance, and mobility in 68 adults aged 45 to 60 who had a stroke at least six months ago. The goal is to understand how different levels of ankle tightness impact recovery and safety.
