First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at how tightness in the ankle muscles (plantar flexor spasticity) affects balance, the risk of falling, and daily movement in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will measure spasticity, balance, and mobility in 68 adults aged 45-60 who had a stroke at least 6 months ago. The goal is to understand how different levels of spasticity impact recovery and safety.
