Summary
This study tests two different therapy combinations to help people recover leg movement after a stroke. Researchers will compare mirror therapy paired with either gentle electrical muscle stimulation or special sound stimulation. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking, balance, and daily activities for stroke survivors.
