Mirror therapy plus: electrical stimulation vs. sound beats for stroke recovery

Summary
This study compares two different therapy combinations to help people recover leg movement after a stroke. Researchers will test mirror therapy paired with either gentle electrical muscle stimulation or special sound patterns called binaural beats. The goal is to see which approach better improves walking, balance, and daily activities for 72 stroke survivors.
