New program aims to help young adults rebuild life after stroke

Summary
This study tests a program that uses storytelling and skill-building to help young stroke survivors (ages 18-64) return to normal community life. 208 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to improve mobility, social activities, and emotional well-being.
