New program helps young stroke survivors rebuild their lives

Summary

This study tests a program that uses storytelling and skills-building to help young adults (ages 18-64) who have had a stroke feel more connected and independent in their communities. 208 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care. The goal is to improve daily activities, social life, and emotional well-being.
