Summary
This study looked at whether using a magnetic device to stimulate wrist muscles before hand therapy helps stroke survivors regain arm and hand function better than therapy alone. Fifty people with recent stroke and some wrist movement took part. The approach aims to improve fine motor skills and daily activities.
