Summary
This study looked at whether using a magnetic device to stimulate wrist muscles before hand therapy helps stroke survivors recover arm and hand function better than therapy alone. Fifty people who had a stroke within the past 6 months took part. The goal was to see if this priming technique improves movement and daily activities.
