Summary
This study looked at 48 teen karate athletes (ages 12-18) to see how different warm-up exercises affect their posture, flexibility, balance, and performance. Each athlete tried three methods: foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and static stretching. The goal was to find out which warm-up gives the best boost before training or competition.
