Summary
This study looked at 48 teenage karate athletes to see how different warm-up exercises affect their posture, flexibility, balance, and performance. Each athlete tried foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and static stretching in a random order. The goal was to find out which warm-up gives the best short-term boost before training or competition.
