Summary
This trial investigates whether functional movement training—exercises that mimic real-game movements—improves stability, agility, and dynamic balance more than conventional strength and conditioning in paddle tennis athletes. Thirty male and female players aged 18 to 30 with at least one year of experience will be randomly assigned to one of two training programs.
