Summary
This study looked at whether a stretching routine could reduce heart health risks in pregnant women with obesity. 224 women from 27 to 37 weeks of pregnancy either did stretching exercises or followed standard moderate activity guidelines. The main goal was to see if stretching improved blood pressure and other heart measures better than usual care.
