Summary
This observational study in Seoul, Korea, follows 180 adults aged 60 and older to see how everyday emotional stress impacts memory and thinking. Participants use a smartphone app and a smartwatch for two weeks, then return for check-ups at 6 months and 1 year. The goal is to find early warning signs of mild cognitive impairment and dementia, and to develop prevention strategies tailored to Korean culture.
