Summary

This observational study in Seoul, Korea, looks at how everyday emotional stress impacts memory and thinking in adults aged 60 and older. Over two weeks, participants use a smartphone app to report their feelings and do quick brain games, while wearing a smartwatch to track sleep and activity. Blood samples are taken to measure inflammation, and follow-ups happen at 6 months and 1 year. The goal is to understand the link between stress, inflammation, and cognitive decline to help create better dementia prevention strategies.
