Summary
This study aims to help people who use cannabis daily and have trouble handling stress. Researchers are testing a one-session computer program with smartphone reminders to see if it can reduce stress-related cannabis use. About 80 participants with cannabis use disorder will be randomly assigned to the program or a health education group. The goal is to improve distress tolerance and cut down on cannabis use.
