NCT ID NCT06538766
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looks at how paying attention in different ways during calf-strength training affects walking in healthy older adults. Researchers will compare two types of external focus with an internal focus to see which leads to smoother, more automatic movement. Participants will do strength exercises and walk on a treadmill. The goal is to learn more about how the brain controls movement, not to treat any disease.
