First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week, at-home step-count program is practical for people with epilepsy. Twenty-six adults with epilepsy used a Garmin watch to track their steps and attended virtual coaching sessions. The goal was to see if participants could stick with their step targets and to measure how the program affected their activity levels and epilepsy symptoms.
