Summary

This study tests a stem cell transplant using the patient's own blood cells to treat severe scleroderma (systemic sclerosis) that hasn't improved with standard drugs. The goal is to see if this high-dose therapy is safe and can stop the disease from getting worse. The trial enrolls 8 people aged 8 to 24 with treatment-resistant scleroderma.
