Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether a one-time injection of stem cells into the kidney is safe and can help improve kidney function in adults with type 2 diabetes and moderate-to-severe kidney disease. Ten participants aged 40–65 will receive the injection and be followed for 12 months. The study measures side effects, kidney function, and inflammation markers.
