This study tests a mobile app designed to help people with long-term low back pain improve their quality of life and reduce symptoms. Up to 500,000 adults who own an iPhone and have had back pain for at least 6 months can join. The app tracks pain, activity, and movement, and provides a personalized lifestyle program.
