Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help people with chronic low back pain feel better and move more easily. Up to 500,000 adults who have had back pain for at least 6 months will use the app to track symptoms, activity, and quality of life. The goal is to see if lifestyle changes delivered through the app can reduce pain and improve daily function.
