First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether combining square stepping exercises with BOSU ball training can improve balance and strength in badminton players. Sixty-six players with at least one year of experience will do these exercises for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this combo helps prevent common lower body injuries by improving postural control and power.
